🔧 WE’RE HIRING: MACHINE SETTER (M/F)

Are you into machines? Can you fine-tune them to run like clockwork? Not afraid of a screwdriver when something jams? Then you might be just who we’re looking for!

We are Hanwha Advanced Materials Europe s.r.o., an international company with 16 years of experience producing plastic components for the automotive industry. Right now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Setter who’s not afraid of shift work or a technical challenge.

🛠️ What will your responsibilities include?

• Setting and adjusting production machines (e.g. hydraulic presses, assembly stations, industrial robots, etc.)
• Preparing machines for production changes (tooling adjustments, drill/tool setup)
• Troubleshooting and fixing minor technical issues
• Cooperating with the maintenance and engineering departments
• Performing quality checks of finished parts
• Contributing to process improvement – we value your input!

🧠 What should you bring?

• Technical thinking and hands-on skills
• Vocational certificate or secondary technical education is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Basic ability to work with measuring tools and technical drawings
• A responsible attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system
• Experience is great, but if you’re a recent graduate – no problem, we’ll train you!
