Purchasing Assistant

Don’t have many years of purchasing experience? That’s perfectly fine. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, able to communicate in English, and eager to learn new things, we would be happy to give you an opportunity to grow professionally.

What will you do?

📄 Process and verify material invoices (EU materials and outsourcing services)
💻 Provide administrative support for purchasing processes in SAP
🗂️ Maintain and manage purchasing-related documentation
📞 Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and required documentation
📊 Cooperate with the Finance Department during monthly closing activities
📦 Support inventory counts and stock control activities
📝 Participate in supplier audits, IATF audits, and ESG reporting activities
🤝 Cooperate with colleagues across different departments within the company

Who are we looking for?

🎓 At least secondary education (economic/business background is an advantage)
🌍 Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
🖥️ Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
⚙️ Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement
✔️ Detail-oriented, systematic, and organized personality
💬 Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
🚀 Willingness to learn new things and develop in the field of purchasing
